Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been successfully processed. Please check your inbox or spam folder for this email.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to U.S. military bases. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping to multiple addresses within the same order is not supported.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing Time:
Preparing items for shipment may take 1–3 business days.
If your order has not shipped yet, it is still being prepared.
We will notify you via email if any unusual situations occur.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your order.
Shipping Time:
Home delivery typically takes 7–12 business days.
Please note:
Business days are Monday through Friday; weekends are excluded.
Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping Fees
Free standard shipping for orders over $49.
A flat shipping fee of $5.90 applies to orders under $49.

We use reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS for deliveries.

Some carriers may take 5–7 business days to update tracking information.
If your order has shipped for more than 10 business days but tracking details are unavailable, please contact us.
Tax Policy
Taxes are automatically calculated based on applicable tax laws for the shipping address provided.
Tax rates apply to all eligible items in your cart.
Taxes are included in the total price at checkout for full transparency.
Shipping Delays or Undelivered Items
Delivery times are estimated and start from the shipping date, not the order date.
Address errors, customs clearance delays, or other issues may cause delays.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, contact the carrier first.
