Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and with original tags
  • Be returned in its original packaging

Submit a Request

  • Reason for the return or exchange

Package the Item

Please carefully package the item to ensure it remains in its original condition during transit.
Note: Improper packaging may result in the return being denied.

Include the following inside the package:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return or exchange

Return Shipping Costs

Customers do not need to pay for return shipping.
Return shipping costs will be refunded along with the product purchase price.
Refunds include the full product price and any return shipping fees paid by the customer.

How to request: To exchange for a different size, color, or model, contact Today On customer service with your order details and requested exchange.

Stock availability: Exchanges depend on stock. If the requested item is out of stock, we will assist you in choosing another item or issuing a refund.

Order changes: Orders can only be modified before shipment. Once an order leaves the warehouse, it cannot be changed.

Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

If approved: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
